Spinal decompression is a non-invasive treatment designed to relieve pressure on the spinal discs and nerves. Its used for conditions such as bulging discs, sciatica, and degenerative disc disease.

About Dr. Nick

Dr. Nick Schiltz is a 2013 graduate of Ankeny High School where he played Football and Tennis. After high school he went to DMACC to get his associates degree in liberal arts. After DMACC he pursued his career in Chiropractic and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic with his Bachelors of Science and Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in 2021.

Dr. Nick was fortunate enough to have a chiropractor in his family and was getting adjusted ever since he was born. He was able to see at a young age how beneficial chiropractic care was and knew he wanted to follow in his Uncle Toms footsteps and become a chiropractor.

Dr. Nick spent his first three years of practice working as an associate chiropractor with Active Health Clinics in Fort Dodge Iowa. He was able to see a variety of patients from young to old and all kinds of athletes. He is excited to bring his experience with Active Health Clinics to Ankeny and start treating patients of all kinds.

Monday: 7:30am-12pm 2pm-5:30pm

Tuesday: 9am- 1pm 3pm-6:30p,

Wednesday: 7:30am-12pm 2pm-5:30pm

Thursday: 7:30am-12pm 2pm-5:30pm

Friday: 8am-12:30pm

Saturday and Sunday: Closed
